Adult wellness

Annual Physical Exam

Your annual physical is the cornerstone of preventative care. It is a dedicated opportunity to review your current health status, outline wellness concerns, and build a plan for the year ahead. Bring any symptoms, pain, or questions you want addressed — this visit is for you.

Depending on your age and health history, blood testing for metabolic and systemic abnormalities may be recommended. Screenings, imaging, procedures, and immunization updates will be discussed and ordered as appropriate.

Sports & School Physicals

Most schools and extracurricular sports programs require a physical before students can participate. We evaluate your child's participation history, previous injuries, and overall capacity for safe activity. Necessary paperwork and forms are completed at the visit.

We provide guidance for safe participation and help identify any conditions that may require further evaluation before play begins.

Employment Physicals

Pre-employment and employer-directed physicals evaluate short- and long-term work capacity to the specific requirements of your employer. These exams are conducted according to employer guidelines and may include drug screening, vision testing, or other evaluations as required.

Please bring all required paperwork and authorizations from your employer to your appointment so we can complete the necessary documentation.

Well Baby & Well Child Exams

Before surgery

Preoperative Clearance

Planning ahead is key to a smooth surgical experience. We recommend scheduling your preoperative clearance appointment 1–3 weeks before your surgery date to allow ample time for scheduling, necessary testing, and for lab or imaging results to return before your procedure.

Please bring all required paperwork from your surgeon or specialist. Keep in mind that clearance from additional specialists may also be required, depending on your health history and the nature of your surgery.
