Family Medical Center is accepting new and established patients daily. Same-day appointments may be available for urgent needs, and walk-ins may be possible.
Office Hours
- Mon / Tues 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Wednesday 6:30am – Noon
- Thurs / Fri 6:30am – 3:30pm
Same-Day Appointments
We recognize healthcare matters can arise quickly. We try to accept same-day appointments whenever possible and make efforts to meet scheduling needs while keeping the office running efficiently. New patients needing urgent care can complete registration before arrival.
New Patients
We welcome you for your immediate and long-term medical needs. On your first visit, please check in on arrival. To expedite check-in, please bring:

- Current medications
- Current and past health conditions
- Family history (conditions parents/siblings have)
- Other doctors you see
Our staff uses this information to complete your medical history, which is reviewed and expanded each visit.
